WOMEN’S TRAIL

In August 2024, the resort of Alpe d’Huez will host the final finish of the Tour de France for Women! To celebrate the occasion, the Oisans resort is launching “L’été au féminin” (Summer for Women), with the aim of promoting women’s sport!

The Oisans Trail Tour is part of this movement, and in 2024 will be offering an event reserved for women so that they can enjoy trail running to the full!

Starting on the snow front of the Alpe d’Huez resort, the route takes you up the Roman road to the Col de Poutran.

The climb continues around the Grande Sure mountain and its famous Signal piste.

You’ll then plunge down into the resort to arrive just a few metres from the famous Tour de France finish line… just like a symbol!

THE COURSE

You can find all the details of the Women’s Ttrail 2024 course by clicking on the link below:

As we are working in natural areas, living together with people who use the land you are walking through all year round, we sometimes have to make changes to our different routes, which may slightly modify the distance and/or the height difference. This distance and difference in altitude are therefore given as an indication.
