Yes, you can add the medal or T‑shirt option after your registration, as long as stocks are still available.
To do so, go to your online runner account (accessible via the registration confirmation email) and select the option “Modify my registration”. You will then be able to add the desired option directly online.
Please note that your online registration file remains accessible until 15 July 2026 at 8:00 am.

Can I resell my bib?
Yes, if the race is full, you can resell your bib directly through the Swika platform.
Access the official Swika platform, which allows you to put your bib back on sale and officially withdraw from the race.
Bib deposits on Swika are allowed until 14 July at 12:00 pm.
Important information:
Reselling a bib is only possible for races that are full, and according to the prices set on the platform. Only the bib itself can be resold; any options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.) will be cancelled.
If the person buying the bib wishes to benefit from options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.), they will need to purchase them separately.
Bib purchases are only possible until 15 July at 8:00 am, and the buyer must have completed all required information by that time.
Purchasing a bib implies acceptance of the event rules.
Is there a finisher medal?
Yes, a finisher medal is offered as an optional item during online registration.
This wooden medal is locally made in our region.

Can I transfer my bib to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your bib free of charge directly from your personal account:
If you can no longer take part but a friend wishes to run the same race, you can initiate the bib‑transfer procedure by following the steps below:
- Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
- Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. The person will then receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.
Important information:
- Transferring a bib implies acceptance of the event rules.
- The bib transfer is free. However, the registration platform only transfers the bib itself, not any purchased options. These options will therefore be cancelled.
If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.), they will need to purchase them.

Can I change my race / distance?
Yes, it is possible to switch to another race, depending on availability.

Can I cancel my registration?
According to the event rules, Article 7 (CLICK HERE), you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:
A/ Using your cancellation insurance (= Be Ticketing insurance)
The organisation does not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation.
Only participants who have subscribed to this insurance may request a refund. Please note that refunds are made according to the terms and conditions defined by the insurer.
How does the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance work?
- This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance is valid only for individual races.
It is not available for team / relay events, as team composition can be modified at any time directly from your personal registration account. - This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of online registration.
- If you subscribed to this insurance during registration, simply log in to your personal account or check the contract you received by email to access the refund request link and follow the insurer’s instructions.
