What are the entry fees?

Where can I register and until when can I register?

Registrations for the Oisans Trail Tour take place exclusively online on the registration platform: CLICK HERE.
Registration is open until 15 July at 8:00 am, subject to availability.

How can I modify my registration (add my PPS number, change my reference time, etc.)?

Your online registration file can be accessed via the link included in the confirmation email you received when you registered. This file remains accessible until 15 July at 8:00 am.

How can I check the status of my registration (confirm that I am registered, see if my medical document is validated, etc.)?

You can check your registration status by going to the “List of registered participants” tab on the registration platform: CLICK HERE

Several situations may occur:
  • “Registered” column
    • : You are registered. You can now check the “Status” column.
    • : You are not registered, usually due to a bib transfer or a cancellation request.
  • “File status” column
    • : Your file is complete.
    • : Your file is incomplete. Log in to your personal file using the link in your registration confirmation email, check the “File status” section, and follow the instructions.
    • : Your file has been cancelled, meaning you are no longer registered.
If your name does not appear in the list at all, you are not registered. Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Can I change my race / distance?

Yes, it is possible to switch to another race, depending on availability.
To submit your request, please contact us via the “CONTACT US” page on the website.

Can I transfer my bib to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your bib free of charge directly from your personal account:

If you can no longer take part but a friend wishes to run the same race, you can initiate the bib‑transfer procedure by following the steps below:
  1. Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
  2. Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. The person will then receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.
Important information:
  • Transferring a bib implies acceptance of the event rules.
  • The bib transfer is free. However, the registration platform only transfers the bib itself, not any purchased options. These options will therefore be cancelled. If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.), they will need to purchase them. Bib transfers are only possible until 15 July 2026 at 8:00 am. The recipient must have completed their personal information by this deadline.

Can I cancel my registration?

According to the event rules, Article 7 (CLICK HERE), you may cancel your registration under the following conditions:

A/ Using your cancellation insurance (= Be Ticketing insurance)
The organisation does not issue any refunds in the event of cancellation. Only participants who have subscribed to this insurance may request a refund. Please note that refunds are made according to the terms and conditions defined by the insurer.

How does the Be Ticketing cancellation insurance work?
  • This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance is valid only for individual races. It is not available for team / relay events, as team composition can be modified at any time directly from your personal registration account.
  • This Be Ticketing cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of online registration.
  • If you subscribed to this insurance during registration, simply log in to your personal account or check the contract you received by email to access the refund request link and follow the insurer’s instructions.
Important information: This insurance is an external service. For any questions regarding cancellation insurance, please email: beticketing@assur-connect.com

Please note: if you submit a refund request, your registration will be automatically cancelled and the insurer will handle your compensation. Once the request is submitted, the organisers cannot track the progress of your refund and cannot reinstate your registration.

B/ Participants who did not subscribe to cancellation insurance
Anyone who did not subscribe to this cancellation insurance at the time of online registration will not be eligible for any refund in case of cancellation.

Can I resell my bib?

Yes, if the race is full, you can resell your bib directly through the Swika platform.
Access the official Swika platform, which allows you to put your bib back on sale and officially withdraw from the race. Bib deposits on Swika are allowed until 14 July at 12:00 pm.

Important information:
Reselling a bib is only possible for races that are full, and according to the prices set on the platform. Only the bib itself can be resold; any options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.) will be cancelled. If the person buying the bib wishes to benefit from options (medal, T‑shirt, etc.), they will need to purchase them separately. Bib purchases are only possible until 15 July at 8:00 am, and the buyer must have completed all required information by that time.
Purchasing a bib implies acceptance of the event rules.

What age do I need to be to take part?

Is there a finisher medal?

Yes, a finisher medal is offered as an optional item during online registration. This wooden medal is locally made in our region.

I forgot to select the medal or T‑shirt option when I registered. Can I still add it?

Yes, you can add the medal or T‑shirt option after your registration, as long as stocks are still available.
To do so, go to your online runner account (accessible via the registration confirmation email) and select the option “Modify my registration”. You will then be able to add the desired option directly online.
Please note that your online registration file remains accessible until 15 July 2026 at 8:00 am.

What your registration includes

Medical certificate (License / PPS / QS)

What is the PPS (Health Prevention Pass)?

The PPS (Health Prevention Pass) is an online video module of about 3 minutes provided by the French Athletics Federation (FFA). Its purpose is to raise awareness among athletes about health risks related to trail running. At the end of the video, you will receive a confirmation code as well as a certificate with a QR code. This code must be entered on the registration platform.
Starting in 2026, the PPS becomes paid (€5) and is now valid for 1 year.
The PPS must be completed directly on the FFA website, and the certificate number must be entered either during your registration or up until the end of the online modification period, i.e. 15 July at 8:00 am.

What is the QS (Health Questionnaire) for minors?

The Health Questionnaire (QS) is a mandatory, simple and completely free procedure that every minor participant must complete before each race, with the help of a parent. It is completed online directly on the official Health Prevention Pass (PPS) website.
Once the questionnaire is filled in, a QS number is automatically generated, valid only for the specific race. This certificate replaces the medical certificate for minors.
The QS number must be completed directly on the PPS platform, and the certificate number must be entered either during registration or up until the end of the online modification period, i.e. 15 July at 8:00 am.

Is a medical certificate mandatory?

NO, the medical certificate is no longer valid for taking part in the Trail des Passerelles du Monteynard. It has been replaced by the Health Prevention Pass (PPS) and the Health Questionnaire (QS) for minors.

Until when can I upload my health document?

You must upload your health document (PPS number, QS number or licence) online before the event, that is before 15 July at 8:00 am!
No documents will be accepted on site, and we reserve the right not to hand out your bib if your online file is not complete before 15 July.

How can I enter my PPS or QS number?

Your health document (licence, PPS or QS) must be entered in your online runner account. Your runner account can be accessed via the confirmation email you received when you completed your online registration.

Can I present my health document when collecting my bib?

NO, you must upload your health document (PPS number, QS number or licence) online before the event, that is before 15 July at 8:00 am, using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
No documents will be accepted on site, and we reserve the right not to hand out your bib if your online file is not complete before 15 July.

Which licences replace the health document?

For the 2026 edition, to be accepted, your licence must be one of the following:
  • Athlé Compétition licence
  • Athlé Entreprise licence
  • Athlé Running licence issued by the FFA
Important: the other licences issued by the FFA (Santé, Encadrement and Découverte) are not accepted.
Licences that were previously accepted under the 2023–2024 regulations (FCD, FFS, FFH, FSPN, ASPTT, FSCF, FSGT, UFOLEP) are no longer accepted.

Are foreign licences accepted?

Foreign participants must provide their PPS certificate number, even if they hold a competition licence issued by a federation affiliated with World Athletics.

Are triathlon licences (FFTRI) accepted?

No, since the 2019 season, a triathlon Competition licence is no longer accepted by the French Athletics Federation (FFA) to take part in events organised under the authority of the FFA, such as the Oisans Trail Tour.

Bib collection

Where and when can I collect my bib?

You can find the bib‑collection schedule on the page of each race, in the Practical Information section.
All this information is also available on the “PROGRAM” page.

Which documents do I need to present to collect my bib?

To collect your bib, you will need:
  • A proof of identity
  • Your bib‑collection pass, sent to you by email a few days before the race
You may also forward this bib‑collection pass to someone else if you wish them to collect your bib on your behalf.

What is my bib number?

Your bib number will be communicated in the days leading up to the event and will be available on the List of Registered Participants, accessible via the following link: CLICK HERE

Can I pick up someone else’s bib?

YES, you can collect another participant’s bib by presenting a photo or photocopy of their ID along with their bib‑collection pass.

Can I receive my bib by postal mail?

No, it is not possible to receive your bib by postal mail.

Which shoes should I choose to take part?

The courses of the Oisans Trail Tour are run almost entirely on trails. This is why it is strongly recommended to run with trail‑running shoes. Road‑running shoes are not suitable for these routes.

Is there individual accident insurance available for the event?

Yes, it is possible to subscribe to an individual accident insurance policy covering rescue costs and medical expenses, among others. Such insurance can be purchased from Assur-Connect by clicking here.

Our partner Assur Connect’s insurance covers: medical repatriation based on actual costs, medical expenses, helicopter evacuation costs, and for EU residents, death and disability benefits, as well as personal liability for runners. How do I get to the start area?

To help you find your way to Vaujany, you will find an access map on the “GET TO THE START” page.

Are there shuttles?

No, no shuttles are planned for the year 2026.

Are there bag drop facilities?

Yes, for Ultra Tour runners only. You will be able to drop off your light bag when collecting your bib in Vaujany (the bag must not exceed 10 litres). You will then be able to retrieve it at the following locations:
  • The Besse‑en‑Oisans life base (outbound)
  • The Besse‑en‑Oisans life base (return)
The bags will then be brought back to Vaujany around 2:00 pm.

Is there any mandatory equipment?

Are poles allowed?

Yes, poles are allowed, but they must be held in one hand by the middle at the start. Telescopic poles must be folded at the start.

Are there cut‑off times?

For safety reasons, cut‑off times have been set for each race of the Oisans Trail Tour. You can view all cut‑off times directly on the dedicated Cut‑off Times page of the website: CLICK HERE
Please note that the organisation reserves the right to adjust cut‑off times during the event, particularly in case of weather conditions (high heat, storms, etc.).

How many aid stations are there on my race?

Are pacers allowed during the race?

No, pacers are not allowed on the Oisans Trail Tour. Each runner must complete the race entirely on their own, without any in‑race assistance.

Is external assistance allowed on the courses?

Assistance for Ultra Tour runners is permitted in a dedicated zone located near the aid station.

Yes, for all races!

If you have subscribed to the individual accident insurance for the Oisans Trail Tour with our partner Assur-Connect, you will be covered for the following:
🚁 Rescue and evacuation costs (EU and non‑EU)
🚒 Repatriation assistance (EU and non‑EU)
💥 Coverage in case of damage caused to a third party (EU only)
🏥 Medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical expenses (EU only)
👨‍🦽 Death and disability insurance (EU only).
🏡 Home and vehicle adaptation in case of an accident (EU only).

  • BEsafe is available for all residents under 70 years old. Some guarantees are not granted to non‑EU residents.

Can I cancel my registration?

Accompanying persons

Is there live tracking to follow a runner during the race?

Yes. Timing checkpoints allow you to follow participants as they pass the intermediate timing mats. This live timing will be available on the Results page.
Additionally, we offer an optional GPS live tracking so your supporters can see your exact position on the course. This live tracking service is available as an option for €10 per person and must be booked online through your personal account (your online registration file).

Are pacers allowed during the race?

No, pacers are not allowed on the Oisans Trail Tour. Each runner must complete the race entirely on their own, without any in‑race assistance.

Is external assistance allowed on the courses?

Assistance for Ultra Tour runners is permitted in a dedicated zone located near the aid station.
