Required documentation
In accordance with current FFA regulations:
- Adult participants in a timed competition: Valid FFA license (Competition, Running, or Company) or valid PPS (Health Prevention Pass) number.
- Minors participants in a timed competition: Valid FFA license (Competition, Running, or Company) or QS (Health Questionnaire) number generated free of charge via the PPS platform + signed parental authorization.
- Kids’ Races: No medical certificate is required for Kids’ Races, as these events are not timed.
All supporting documents must be submitted online before July 15, 2026, at 8:00 am.
